Where BMW never developed a carbon plenum for the S65 (as they did for the S54 CSL), Karbonius engineered a full carbon fiber intake system plenum, elbow, airbox cover, and air filter to improve engine efficiency, unlock a dramatic induction sound, and transform the engine bay aesthetic.

Designed by Karbonius’ in-house engineering team using modern 2D and 3D flow analysis, every component has been redesigned to optimize air flow into the engine while minimizing turbulence inside the airbox delivering measurable power gains alongside the visual and auditory upgrades.
