The Karbonius E46 M3 CSL Concept S54 Engine Cover is an interpretation of the carbon engine cover that appeared on BMW’s original Concept M3 CSL show car distinguished by its vertically-laid carbon weave orientation, in contrast to the diagonal weave of the standard production CSL cover. For collectors, purists, and enthusiasts seeking the rarest possible engine bay aesthetic, this is the defining detail.

Manufactured from 100% prepreg carbon fiber in an aluminum mold and autoclave-cured at Karbonius’ facility in Spain, the cover achieves exceptional thermal and structural stability alongside a UV-protective varnish finish, available in gloss or matte, that accentuates the distinctive vertical weave. The piece uses monobloc construction meaning no secondary bonded elements that could release under engine vibration or heat and is precision-trimmed in a 5-axis CNC machine for guaranteed fitment accuracy.

Each piece is individually numbered to guarantee authenticity and origin.
